  • Dust, clean, and polish all furniture & decorative items.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors.
  • Empty trash.

Deluxe Kitchen Cleaning Includes:

  • Clean all cabinets.
  • Cleaning interior & exterior of appliances.
  • Move small appliances and other items to clean the counter area. Return all small appliances and items to their original position.
  • Clean tops of all items.
  • Scour sink.
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Empty trash.

 

Deluxe Bathroom Cleaning Includes:

  • Clean showers, tubs, toilets, and sinks.
  • Treat any mildew.
  • Clean and disinfect all fixtures, light switches, & door knobs.
  • Clean mirrors and shower door tracks.
  • Clean wall decorations.
  • Clean door and door trim.
  • Clean bathroom cabinets and floors
  • Clean counter areas, moving most vanity items & returning them to their original position.
  • Clean the tops of vanity items.
  • Empty trash.

 

General Gutter Cleaning Includes:

  • Remove all leaves, dirt, twigs, and other debris from gutters. 
  • Height Restriction: General service charges limited to 1st level only. Separate charge for each additional level.
  • Clean gutter exterior and interior.
  • Treat any mildew.
  • Verbally notify homeowner of any pre-existing damage.

  • Standard shampoo.

Service Restrictions: 

  • Does not include pretreating or removal of tough stains.
  • Air dry carpet.

 

Deluxe Carpet Cleaning Includes:

  • Move all furniture, & decorative items.
  • Vacuum and shampoo all areas up to four hallways/rooms. 
  • Pretreat all tough stains.
  • Premium shampoo.
  • Post shampoo fragrance spritz. Client selects fragrance from our artisan crafted blends.
  • Blow dry carpet.

 

General Floor Stripping & Waxing Includes:

  • Sweep, strip, and wax all accessible areas without moving furniture and decorative items.
